These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the tojbet platform, including all sports betting, casino, and gaming products available at tojbet.vip. Please read them carefully and in full before registering an account or placing any bets. tojbet accounts are available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Age verification is mandatory. tojbet reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage and to suspend accounts pending verification. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any winnings derived from an ineligible account will be voided.
Each player is permitted a single tojbet account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or mobile number — are prohibited. tojbet will close duplicate accounts and may forfeit associated balances. All promotions and bonuses on tojbet are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games, and minimum odds. Bonus terms are published with each promotion. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
All transactions on tojbet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other supported channels are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits. Withdrawals require completed identity verification. tojbet does not charge platform-level withdrawal fees, though third-party payment provider fees may apply.
tojbet may suspend or permanently close an account if there is evidence of fraud, Terms violation, abusive behaviour toward support staff, or use of the platform for money laundering. Players may also request voluntary self-exclusion at any time via account settings. Closure of an account by either party does not affect obligations that arose before closure.
tojbet is committed to responsible gaming. Deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available to all account holders from within the account settings panel. tojbet actively monitors play patterns for signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact players or apply protective restrictions where warranted.

tojbet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at that time.
You are responsible for ensuring that your registration information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your personal details, including address, contact number, or payment methods, must be communicated to tojbet support at the earliest opportunity.
Your tojbet Account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. tojbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all registered players from within the Account security settings.
You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your valid credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, and tojbet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to adequately protect your login details.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tojbet support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. tojbet may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
tojbet reserves the right to apply account-level restrictions — including deposit, withdrawal, or wagering limits — at any time for compliance, responsible gaming, or fraud-prevention purposes. Where such restrictions are applied, tojbet will endeavour to communicate the reason to the affected Player, subject to any legal or regulatory constraints on disclosure.
All financial transactions on the tojbet Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). tojbet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion facility is provided.
Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, and cash OTC channels where available. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of deposit.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically settle within sixty seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business hours depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. tojbet does not charge a platform-level fee for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. tojbet aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets are typically processed the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff time.
tojbet reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any withdrawal or cumulative deposit amount that triggers thresholds under the Platform's anti-money-laundering policy. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold pending compliance review.
Funds held in your tojbet Account Real Money Balance do not accrue interest. tojbet holds player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds, in accordance with its licensing obligations.
All bets placed on the tojbet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or other gaming verticals. Product-specific rules are published within each section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.
tojbet's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 matches), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports as listed on the Platform. In-play and pre-match betting are available on applicable fixtures. The following general sportsbook rules apply:
Casino games — including live dealer titles, slots, and RNG table games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers. All game outcomes are governed by the rules embedded within the game software. tojbet reserves the right to void any bet or casino game round where there is evidence of software malfunction, data corruption, or technical failure that materially affects the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, tojbet may take any or all of the following actions: immediate Account suspension or permanent closure; forfeiture of some or all of the Account balance; reversal of associated transactions; and reporting of the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.
All content on the tojbet Platform — including but not limited to the tojbet name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data structures, and game interfaces — is the property of tojbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without tojbet's prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to tojbet regarding the Platform may be used by tojbet without restriction or compensation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tojbet's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming or betting activity shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tojbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit tojbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by tojbet's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by tojbet.
tojbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. tojbet does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
tojbet uses industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and network connection when accessing tojbet.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tojbet's operating entity is incorporated under its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and tojbet regarding any aspect of your Account, a transaction, or a bet settlement, you should first raise the matter with our customer support team at [email protected]. tojbet will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
